Business Update

Business as usual, but done in an unusual way.
5th August, 2020

Due to the recent release of the new Stage 4 Restrictions, as of midnight Wednesday, 5th August, The Realest Estate team unfortunately will need to close the office doors and enter the virtual working environment.

Please know that it is still business as usual, however our team will all continue working in their own homes and will still continue to service your enquiries and concerns either via phone, email or video chat.

At this point in time, we will not continue operating any Open Inspections, Private Inspections, nor any Public Auctions.

We will however continue to introduce Virtual Inspections and Virtual Auctions via our online platforms and promise to be as thorough as possible when showcasing each property digitally.

If needing to reach our Office, please contact us on (03) 7018 8588 or email to [email protected]

Our Stage 3 Business Update.
9th July, 2020

For us at The Realest Estate, our team will still be operating however our office doors will be kept closed to the public, only allowing 1 on 1 private meetings upon scheduling.

We continue to closely monitor this situation and recommendations made from the World Health Organisation, Australian Government and the Australian Medical Association. We have returned back to limiting only one person per private inspection and implementing mandatory hand sanitation and gloves to protect our clients. We are also acknowledging the new State Government law which requires everyone to be wearing a face mask at all times when outdoors. This includes when present at one of our properties or when in contact with one of our staff members.
Please note that this also applies for our staff members when in contact with each client.

As per recommendations, we encourage clients that are feeling unwell and wish to either have their property appraised or inspect a property, to contact our team to make arrangements for you during this time.

If you wish to inspect one of our listed properties, please have a read of our Health & Safety Notice prior to inspecting, by clicking the link below.
